BRACIOLA FRITTA

braciola fritta

Buona settimana e buon appetito

Matteo

This is the week of the tuscany fried cutlet! Delicious on the top of the grocery work table, hot and greased oiled, while you think about your sandwich. The same is for the employe. Matteo told to the chef his request and that’s it! This is the fried cutlet week in all the version! Enjoy. Cotoletta originates in Italy as cotoletta alla milanese is very similar to Wiener schnitzel. However, it is a cutlet rather than an escalope, and it is traditionally cooked with its rib. Originally from Milan, it can now be found all over the country. Breaded cutlet is a dish made from coating a cutlet of meat with breading or batter and deep frying it.
